Another strangely optimistic painting in the studio. I have been obsessively listening to news podcasts and watching just about every other news source on television. It always feels like the end of days and just seems to get worst. I don’t have much faith in the human animal… but here is a bit of visual hope.

Do you have a smaller copy of this painting, “Drifting Above”? I have a 94 year-old aunt who is really hurting. The man who had been taking care of her for years and years has passed away. She is like a mom to me. I just want to remind her that he is still there!

I am so sorry to hear about your Aunt, that is terrible. Unfortunately this big piece is it, nothing smaller.
