A new painting on a long wood panel! I believe I have two of these panels left to finish. It has been fun painting them vertically and horizontally.
The smoke has increased our sense of atmosphere up here in North Idaho. Wildfires are scary and heavy smoke is really awful. It comes and goes but the persistent haze has directly influenced this piece.
