I love the fish paintings. This one is particularly spectacular. The handling of paint, including what looks like streaking it with a squeegee, is intriguing. I really enjoy that the image is layered and blurred with some elements more concrete. Great painting!

Thank you very much. At a basic level I love trout and think they are beautiful. I wanted to paint a “fish painting” that felt more like a psychological image rather than wildlife art.
