One of four new paintings I have shipped to the RiverSea Gallery in Astoria, Oregon. I have a solo show at the gallery in June of 2022, in the meantime they have been asking for more work.

I was pleased to learn that this painting was sold through Momentum Gallery in Asheville, North Carolina.

This painting sold through Ugallery. They are an online only art gallery. Ugallery provides the greatest shipping boxes along with Shipping labels to send original art to clients. This one is being shipped overseas to the United Kingdom.

Three new paintings being shipped to three new homes in three different states. I am grateful to my collectors and art enthusiasts. I am fortunate to make my living doing what I love.

My solo show at Momentum Gallery in Asheville, North Carolina has just concluded. This piece is still available for purchase through the gallery for a limited time.
I will not be having another show until June of 2022. All the cliches of time are true as I get older… there is a lot of work to be done between now and then! My next exhibit will be at RiverSea Gallery in Astoria, Oregon. I will post the dates when the time is near.

This new painting has been varnished and framed and is headed to its new home back east. I am putting together a collection of small pieces for a number of galleries… but I also sell directly to clients.

I just received word that this painting was sold at my solo show. The exhibit wraps up September 8th at Momentum Gallery in Asheville, North Carolina.

I am nearly finished with my latest commission. It was a very specific size and dimension so I custom built a cradled board to the exact measurement that the client requested. I use to outsource the woodworking aspect but people have become both unreliable and horribly expensive (winning combination). So now I do everything in-house right down to the framing.
After the board was finished I sanded it down as smooth as possible. I put four or five layers of gesso onto the wood. Finally it is time to do the painting!
It is always satisfying when the buyer is excited by the finished work. The final steps will be signing, edge detail and varnish… then packing and shipping!

I peaceful little lake painting surrounded by a chaotic mix of studio paintings from 2021.
