This painting sold over the weekend at RiverSea Gallery in Astoria, Oregon. We also had some rainfall in North Idaho Saturday which I am thankful for! Wildfire season can be terribly Smokey so the occasional rain in the heat of August are a blessing.

Shipping this painting to RiverSea Gallery in Astoria, Oregon! They have kept a nice display of my work after my show wrapped. Excited to maintain a presence in Astoria!

Today is the final day for my exhibit “Apocalyptic Beauty” at the RiverSea Gallery in Astoria, Oregon. This painting is part of my collection of work… last chance today!

This is one of two paintings I sent to a cool new gallery called Gallery MAR Carmel in Carmel, California. I stopped in to see the gallery and meet one of the owners last week.

Elliott Fouts Gallery
Two of four new paintings at Elliott Fouts Gallery in Sacramento, California! I traveled with a huge hard case that allowed for a safe delivery!

Thanks Elliott and Michelle!

This is a painting from this February. One of those pieces that drew my eyes every time I walked into the studio. I sold the painting through Horizon Fine Art Gallery in Jackson Hole. It now resides in California.

This painting is part of a collection of works I am shipping to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. They are going to Horizon Fine Art Gallery, a gallery that has represented me since late fall. So excited to be working with some really great art galleries around the country.
I was invited to send some paintings to Abend Gallery in Denver, Colorado. They are having a landscape painting exhibit and I was glad they thought of me!

I will be sending a really large painting in July for another exhibit… more to come later!

My solo show is ongoing at Elliott Fouts Gallery in Sacramento, CA. It will run the month of February.
I went down for the second Saturday art opening! It was fun to talk to art enthusiasts and buyers. It was a very successful show for the gallery and myself. So much work goes into such an event, you never know what will happen. I keep my mind focused on the art… it’s all there is to do.
As a painter I tend to be very solitary, in my own head. Funny how much I find myself talking at these shows…
