I am glad that you did and you posted it because I like it! I have done that so many times, I put away a painting that either I didn’t like or thought was a failure and then realize that it isn’t so bad after all!

I feel that. Often, I go back to sketches I’ve done years ago and feel amazed at my artistic brilliance -despite the fact that in the moment I thought it was shitty. Art is really beauty in the eyes of the beholder, lol. Your painting
is a beautiful piece and, well, after seeing your other works it doesn’t seem so out of place. 🙂
