A recent painting that was sold through The Grand Bohemian Gallery in St. Augustine, Fl. Hopefully the gallery wasn’t damaged by hurricane Ian.
This is a painting that draws inspiration from a Rembrandt etching of the same name. It will be part of a group show at Haven Gallery in New York late October. I am not allowed to show the final art until the show opens!

Travelers Time (SOLD)
18”x24”, acrylic
So pleased to have sold this to a collector in Florida! Frighteningly it was somehow delivered to the wrong address but luckily found it’s way home! Shipping is so expensive nowadays yet risky… now a very scary hurricane headed to Florida. I hope everyone is safe.

This new painting is varnished framed and now packed in a giant box. It is accompanying two much larger paintings shipping to Florida. They are going to a gallery I work with called “The Grand Bohemian Gallery” in St. Augustine, Florida.

Three new paintings have just arrived at Horizon Fine Art Gallery in Jackson Hole, Wyoming! From biggest to smallest they are titled; Drift of Thought, Chasing and Morning.
I am in the middle of prepping more work for a Florida gallery and one private sale. I had hoped to finish it all this weekend but it has not happened.

I framed this painting over Labor Day weekend. yesterday I boxed it up with two other pieces and shipped it to Wyoming. They will be arriving next Monday at Horizon Fine Art Gallery in Jackson Hole.
Another summer has slipped away. It always breaks my heart. As the days get short and the weather becomes terrible I will spend even more time in the studio working… that is the silver lining.

This intense painting is framed and available at RiverSea Gallery in Astoria, Oregon!
Labor Day weekend is upon us. I have some paintings to varnish and some others to frame. These days all of my work seems to go to various art galleries around the country. I am happy to have the options, very grateful to do what I love.

An older piece from a few years back. This one has that elusive magic that drives me forward. Making a living as an artist is a difficult task. More than simply earning enough to pay the bills. For me it is a calling and the core of this one and only life. I know most people don’t really understand that, even close friends.

This painting was just sold. It is off to its new home in Florida! Video below showing the framing process for a floater frame.
