I started another Instagram account @cult_of_doodle. These images are a sample from that site.
I do a lot of quick studies, material experimentation and intuitive work that I never post. That new site is a place to show some other types of work. Have a great weekend.

Water can be a source of peace and tranquillity. I find when painting images like this I get lost in the work and it soothes my mind.

So happy to find a little time in the studio. It’s been both a busy and lazy holiday season.

This piece was sold through Horizon Fine Art Gallery in Jackson Hole (a couple years back). It was inspired by the beauty of the Kootenai National Wildlife Refugee in North Idaho.

Two recent paintings on the studio table. Paintings are really piling up this year. I generally pick through older works and reuse the boards if I don’t think the paintings are up to my standards. These two will probably be kept.
