I am varnishing and framing a collection of paintings. I just signed a contract to be represented by The Grand Bohemian Gallery. They have galleries at upscale resorts around the country. once I finally get the work together I will post it here!

The limited sunlight of December inspires.

A couple recent works that pair well, influence from morning hikes. Starting with small studies can either lead to larger pieces or satisfy the need.

This painting was sold a number of years ago through Radius Gallery in Missoula, Montana.

Paintings bound for Abend Gallery and their 30th annual mini show.

One last study before starting a 36”x24” commission. This one is a loose take on the composition, values and colors. The large painting will be much more detailed but I love the loose vibe and motion of this small take.

Morning light shining through the fall leaves, hard not to love such a delight. I was greeted with fresh snow this morning, winter is eager.

Varnished, framed, packed and shipped. It all takes a lot of extra time but it is a critical part of the gig. This one is now in the hands of FedEx, shipping to Alabama.

I just finished this small misty piece. It has some really intriguing marks and subtle color shifts I really like.

Two recent paintings on the studio table. Paintings are really piling up this year. I generally pick through older works and reuse the boards if I don’t think the paintings are up to my standards. These two will probably be kept.
