An ancient light casting warmth and fear. Dancing to a rhythm it blends into the night. The question lost with a crack and spark.

I am working on some smaller paintings for a small works exhibit. This is the first potential piece.

This 21″x8″ painting was sold through RiverSea Gallery in Astoria Oregon.

Last night was the show opening! I could not attend as I am back in Idaho but the gallery sent photographs. (Photos courtesy of Lynann Politte)

One of my paintings that will be on display at Vashon Center for the Arts. Today I will finally be dropping off all of my paintings!

Packing up my Vashon Island Show I paused to appreciate the work. Delivering everything via ferry on Monday. Excited to see my friends and family.

I am frantically varnishing and finalizing paintings for my upcoming show. I need to deliver it in less than one week!
In the meantime I sold a couple of small paintings so I am boxing them up today. I was going to bring them to my exhibit but you have to take sales when you can. I have turned down a few sales recently on some of the bigger pieces going to the show but these two are small so what the heck.

Well it’s the weekend everybody! Actually for me it’s just another morning in the studio. I really wouldn’t have it any other way.
I am preparing work for my Vashon Island exhibit opening October 4th. I am also playing around with some small semi haunted forest paintings.

I keep dwelling on the changing Season. Maybe it is the coming of Fall that has me playing with Fire.
