
Well it’s the weekend everybody! Actually for me it’s just another morning in the studio. I really wouldn’t have it any other way.
I am preparing work for my Vashon Island exhibit opening October 4th. I am also playing around with some small semi haunted forest paintings.




As we march forward into fall I have noticed the changes. The sun is lower in the sky and with more clouds it has made for some glorious skies. It also hits the lake shore with startling intensity at times. This is the inspiration for my most recent works. These forest paintings are 10″x8″.


I had a small piece of board left over so I painted this little 6″x3″ painting. Inspired by the horrible wildfires of the Western United States and Canada.
