A holdover from winter. Taking photos of my paintings before I ship them to Higher Art Gallery in Traverse City, Michigan.

The last two weeks we saw the final gasps of winter. It seems appropriate that I have just sold this cold landscape painting as a farewell. The creation of this one is detailed on my YouTube channel.

One of my favorite recent works just sold. I was saving it for my August solo show but sales are important during these difficult days.

I finished this painting about 9 months ago. It is currently hanging at the RiverSea Gallery in Astoria, Oregon. This gallery has been a landmark for art along the Northern Oregon Coast for many years.

Taking more high resolution shots in the studio. Final captures of the art for “The Woodland” show.

Third in the series…

Final high resolution capture of this painting. It will probably be headed to “The Woodland” show.

Reduction and a bit of abstraction in this mood/cloudscape.

Beautiful in its own terrible way. That being said I am hoping this summer is free of wildfires and frightening viruses.

A final capture of this painting, it will be part of “The Woodland” show. The tree adjacent to the tree in this painting blew over in a recent windstorm… towers fall.
