Mountain Bloom (completed)
I revisited this piece and did a bit more layering. Some additional painting to the forest shore and it is now complete. I always strive to keep my work loose without overworking.
I am preparing to start on another vertical painting. Difficult to focus with all of the beautiful weather!
Majesty
Blinding beauty as inspiration. For anyone keeping track, this is the 5th painting in my 24” x 24” collection. One more to come!
October (surprise?)
This painting never felt fully realized. I put an afternoon of painting into this piece. I added some subtle opaque touches. I introduce more warm muted reds and some additional clouds.

Burning Daylight
I am continuing my work on 24” x 24” panels, really digging the size. I have a few more panels left.
This particular painting is bursting with color and light. Very pleased to see it in the studio in the morning!
Lifting Fog
A bit of beauty in the studio. Inspiration from the north west!
I am focusing on some larger pieces but it is always fun to explore ideas on smaller panels.
