This is the fifth painting in a little series of fish paintings. 10″x10″ acrylic paintings.
This one is particularly loose and free. I rather quickly developed some bold blends and marks and knew I could only muddle what I had… Knowing when to stop!

Four finished paintings. These are all 18″x18″.
This little acrylic painting completely slipped my mind. I found it while emptying a drawer in my studio. Kind of a fun surprise.
The work was done on a small piece of masonite. A thick layer of acrylic gel texture was built up and then painted over.

This is a 10″x10″ acrylic painting. I think I am pretty much finished with this particular painting. Minimalist landscape painting is intriguing to me, I hope to do a lot more work along these lines.

Here is a collection I have finally put the finishing touches on! The small ones are 10″x10″ and the larger ones are 16″x16″. Always interesting to group paintings together and see how they get along.
