This painting just sold through Abend Gallery. Thankful to have some sales before the show opens!

Final photograph of this painting. It is bound for my solo show at Abend Gallery in Denver.

In my youth I was obsessed with Spaghetti Westerns. A massive part of the appeal was the amazing music of Ennio Morricone.
As an aging adult I still love the world the music conjures. Driving down an empty highway with that music playing makes me feel like a giddy antihero loving kid, R.I.P. Ennio.

Edges move and shift, everything is change.

I took a little time over the weekend to paint a few small color studies. I am working out some thoughts for my next 20” x 20” painting.

I am painting a collection of square 20” landscapes on wooden panels. This is the third painting in the series. I am hoping to do four more paintings this size!

This one has evolved with many days and layers.

Varnishing and finalizing this painting. Shipping it across the border to Washington State this week!
I am fortunate and so great full that I am continuing to sell my work during these times.
