An experimental older painting I recently dug up. I made a couple modifications and hung it in the studio.
The darkness of this painting seems appropriate for the winter solstice. Looking forward to more daylight!

I am painting a collection of square 20” landscapes on wooden panels. This is the third painting in the series. I am hoping to do four more paintings this size!

I love watching rain washing over the distance. The farther you see, the better perspective you have.
