I Finalized these seven 5″x5″ paintings. Now I just have to make it to town so I can ship them off! They are headed to Abend Gallery in Denver, Colorado.

My largest rainbow painting to date. I will be working on some even larger pieces soon.
Happy 2020, I hope it is a great year!
I have finally started a YouTube channel! Late to the party but at least I showed up. I will be adding studio footage and inspirational videos as time goes on. Currently not much there but that will be changing.

North Idaho is a heavily timbered part of the country. I am beginning work on a series that pays tribute to the forest. Of course I will be working on many other things as I can not help it.

A painting from early February of this year. I sold this one through Horizon Fine Art Gallery in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

I am currently doing some subtle color layers on this sunset painting. I find myself with a lot of large works in early stages. This one is getting close.

A proper digital photo of this piece. It feels appropriate for a Monday somehow.

Drawing deep the air is cold water. The wind numbing it shutters my fear. A little peace while the sun is shining.

Summer,
Once again you made me your fool. All those warm days and late nights the sun barely resting. I tried so hard to keep you by my side.
Now you are off to some southern land. I laugh as you go but I will never forgive you. I prize my solitude and I will cling to the darkness. Maybe I will pine over an old photo of you this winter. In April a sparrow might spark a faint memory.
Damn, I just want you to come back.
