A little bit of color on this Friday morning.
Two short videos from this morning and evening. I also did some solid painting but it doesn’t compare.

The north woods is a shadowed land in the winter. It is a beautiful and isolated painting paradise. Come summer it is much better.

After months of hard work I have finally shipped these 18 paintings to Higher Art Gallery in Traverse City, Michigan. The show is a dual exhibit of my paintings and the sculptures of Kristen Egan. It would be a beautifully intriguing show to have a stroll through. I do not know when the exhibit will physically open. The art will be available online through the gallery either way!

Finalizing my last painting for “The Woodland” exhibit. One of my favorite pieces in a solid collection. The show will open in May at Higher Art Gallery in Traverse City, MI.

A little shimmer for the day.

A holdover from winter. Taking photos of my paintings before I ship them to Higher Art Gallery in Traverse City, Michigan.

The last two weeks we saw the final gasps of winter. It seems appropriate that I have just sold this cold landscape painting as a farewell. The creation of this one is detailed on my YouTube channel.

One of my favorite recent works just sold. I was saving it for my August solo show but sales are important during these difficult days.

I finished this painting about 9 months ago. It is currently hanging at the RiverSea Gallery in Astoria, Oregon. This gallery has been a landmark for art along the Northern Oregon Coast for many years.
