My two paintings for the Robert Lange Studios landscape show. So pleased I was invited to participate!

2020 TWENTY

Upcoming solo show at Abend Gallery, opens August 12th. This will be my last major solo exhibit for a while, so check it out!
Adding it up I realized in 6 years I have had 17 solo shows in 7 states. I am going to spread them out a bit moving forward! Focus on delivering my very finest paintings to a select pool of galleries.

Summer has truly arrived in North Idaho.

Without a home. Bison are such beautiful and sadly symbolic creatures.

Final shot of this piece. It will be part of my solo show at Abend Gallery in Denver, Colorado. Show opens August 12th, best collection I have put together to date.

The two paintings on the right were sent to the “Woodland Show” at Higher Art Gallery in Traverse City, Michigan. They sold to a newlywed couple traveling on their honeymoon. A beautiful story to close out the show.

In my youth I was obsessed with Spaghetti Westerns. A massive part of the appeal was the amazing music of Ennio Morricone.
As an aging adult I still love the world the music conjures. Driving down an empty highway with that music playing makes me feel like a giddy antihero loving kid, R.I.P. Ennio.

I sold the bottom painting and shipped it off today. I painted these scenes with the idea of painting much larger variations. I can not find the time to chase down all the things I want to do.

This one is headed to a landscape show at Robert Lange Studios in Charleston, SC. Honored to be invited to participate at this cool gallery!
