A very tall painting inspired by a summer trek to Glacier National Park. This piece will be at my October show on Vashon Island. The show opens October 4th at Vashon Center for the Arts. The exhibit will display the work of four artists.
One of my larger campfire paintings. This one is heading to Vashon Island for my next exhibit which opens October 4th. I will post more details about this show soon!
I wrapped up this large piece. Sorting out what is needed for my October show on Vashon Island.
This large piece is at Abend Gallery in Denver Colorado. One of my favorite paintings of the year… it’s been a good year!
Winter Light, 20”x24” acrylic
So hard to let the summer go. Each year I promise to make the very most of the season. Yet it has slipped away while I was pushing paint around. Winter is coming, I don’t hate it. The silent isolation is made for painting.
This painting just sold through Robert Lange Studios in Charleston, South Carolina.
A great gallery started years ago by a college art couple that followed their dream! Now it is a hugely successful gallery in a great historic town. I hope to visit some day preferably when it cold up here!
